SR20DET blacktop Ignitor chip wiring?

I was just curious if there is a wiring diagram for the ignitor chip wiring in an S13 or a link to it.

Mainly i'm curious if the black wire on the 5 wire side of the ignitor chip is a ground or where it goes to?

My MAF's ground wire comes up at 8.9ohms, my CAS's ground wire comes up to 8.6ohms, and tomorrow I want to check the ground, if that is a ground, on the ignitor chip up to the coil packs.

Trying to find where this lack of ground is originating from and how far it extends.
