s14 rear ball joint removal?

I did some searching on this and all i keep finding are front ball joint removal tips and threads on what ball joint to use on the rear of s14.

I have the correct moog ball joint (k9820) but how do I remove the old ball joint. I removed the clamp but what tool if any can I used to get the old ball joint out. Ive seen the videos of people using the large c clamps and a cup on the bottom to push the bushing out but not sure if that will work.

Any advice would be great this is the last thing holding up my z32 brake swap.
