s13 ka24de question

Hi guys, i have a s13 hatch with a stock ka24de that i bought recently... it has no clutch at all the gears sometimes dosnt wanna go in... im gonna change next week.

the car was running healthy idk if is becouse the clutch got worst but when i first got it the gears where normally , it had no problem shifting...

also i feel that the car has lost power, i feel it slower than when i got it and the gears got worst... you guys think that is becouse the clutch is slipping?

Big question : Is there any way to make a ka24de slower by touching the motor or doing some easy work on it? i feel that when i left the car at home for a weekend someone did something to make it slower -.- since the day i came back and drove it i wanna just sell the car becouse how slow i feel it -.-....

my dad told me he drove it...
when i left it, the gears were all good and the car was running with more power...
