Okay, you are just going to keep ignoring my messages and phone calls, and it looks like I'm not getting my money back. That's fine. However, a dirty scammer like you and your so called business "JDM DPDistribution" deserve a strict attention from fellow members, admins, and potential victims on this forum. So you might as well throw your reputation (if you even have any) with this diff in garbage. At this point, I honestly don't care if I get back your dirty money. Before I open an official case via Paypal, I'm posting this warning on the forum hoping no one will see you making any profits out of your junk.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS SELLER (SCAMMER) FROM CANADA:
I originally purchased this diff from him being told that it is a Nismo 1.5/2way GT PRO. He sent me a few pictures of the LSD installed in diff case saying they are only pics he has. I knew it was a Nismo diff, but I couldn't barely tell what kind it was. He said he had sold over 20 of these diffs and he knows for sure it is a 1.5/2WAY GT PRO. Without further research, I took his word for it.

This was what I received:






Not only the diff looked nothing like GT PRO, but also it was totally toasted. Whatever happened to it, I could see metal shavings all over the diff. The bearings were wrecked during shipping when I specifically asked him for a good packaging. The diff was packaged with one layer of bubble wrap. The shipment box was not even double boxed. Sure one of us could submit a claim to the carrier, but it was clear that the sender didn't know what he was doing or he absolutely did not care for it. I was shocked how anyone thinks they could send such a heavy item like this with poor packaging.

I showed him all the pictures that I took when I opened the box. He said he doesn't want any troubles and agreed to provide me with a full refund including return shipping. I sent the diff back to Quebec, Canada via USPS like he specifically requested and paid my own $161.10. I showed him the receipt that contained a tracking number and the amount he owed for the return shipping.

After the shipment was received at his location, I had to wait for a month to get what I paid for the diff itself, which was $700. His excuse was the long delayed transaction time for adding money to his Paypal account from bank, while he sold enough items on this forum to have sufficient funds on Paypal for giving me the refund. Okay, regardless of the long painful wait, I got what I paid originally, which was $700. That's cool, but where is my $161.10 for the return shipping he agreed to provide me with? Ever since he refunded my $700, he has been ignoring my phone calls and numerous private messages on the forum. He has also cancelled my money request on Paypal twice so far without a single comment.

I have all the conversation log and pictures saved and documented. I'm so overwhelmed with this guy, who is now an official scammer and his business, not taking full responsibility for his sales. I drive Subarus and I've been an active member on NASIOC for past 8 years with the same username. I joined Zilvia to get some used Nissan parts for my projects, and this is the worst experience I've ever had on Zilvia and along with any of the forums I'm member of. Admins, please make sure noone else on the forum will deal with this scammer and ever go thru the pain I've gone thru with his business.

there is no metal shaving nor broken its in good condition. in my picture it doesnt show any wear .. you might have put that thing there to have an excuse to ship back

i alway been fair with all my sell, i sold some lsd diff here with 100% good positive feedback and everyone is happy

just you who complain and i offered you 100% refund if you send back which you accepted and i did refund.

Talking bullshit? Who is bullshitting here? However condition the diff is in your picture, I took my pictures when the diff was taken out of the box on a clean rag on a living room carpet. Why would I need an excuse when I can clearly see the damage and metal shavings on the diff? Not to mention, incorrect item description provided from you.

Fair? Does selling a damaged item with incorrect description sound fair to you? You might have gotten away with the other diffs you sold but not this one. You clearly didn't know what diff you are selling in this case.

Of course. I sure needed to complain. Why wouldn't anyone complain when one receives an item that is not what's been told and described. Plus, the damage. Totally unacceptable.

Sure, this only makes sense if I sent the item back to you without a good reason, for example: buyer simply do not like the item she/he received and wants to return it. If I did not have any reason for return, I wouldn't be wasting my time doing this with you for a month. However, in this case, I've already explained the clear reasons (incorrect and damaged item) to you, and you have agreed to provide me with the full refund including the return shipping back to you.

The diff is in good condition. I can take 360 degrees pics and there is no metal shaving like you said it had. Also the clutchs are in good condition. That diff is top shape.
