Is there a difference? GT28R and GT28RS

Im buying a GT2871R .86 but came across two options and dont know which one I need. Garrett GT2871 Series Turbocharger

There is a GT2871R (GT28R Upgrade) and GT2871R (GT28RS Upgrade). From what I can tell, the only difference is the intake piece. One has a 3" opening and the other has the smaller bolt up piece.

Is that it?? Im gonna use a Z32 MAF but Im not sure which one of these two I need.

Not sure if I need the GT28R upgrade with RS style housing??? Im lost.
