I am currently swapping an S14 SR20 into my 95 Zenki. I already have the motor, ECU, and harness in good condition. I was recently told that the S14 SR20 motors come in Zenki and Kouki and that a Zenki SR20 harness is needed with a Zenki KA harness and a Kouki SR20 harness is needed with a Kouki KA harness in order to be a correct match. Is this true? If so, how can I tell if my SR is a Kouki or Zenki? Can I mate a Zenki KA harness with a Kouki SR harness? Thanks.
