![]() SOLD
Hi guys. For sale in the SoCal / LA area is my '93 Sileighty. 241,400 miles on the chassis, but that's almost the only thing left that's original. The SR20 has ~30k miles since I got it, and has been rebuilt once in that time (blown head gasket; sigh). I've had the car since 2005 and have gone through it from the ground up. It was built to be a comfortable, fly-under-the-radar daily driver and an awesome handling weekend track car. Read all about a bunch of the technical details in the MotoIQ.com series about the car: http://www.motoiq.com/MagazineArticl...d--Part-1.aspx http://www.motoiq.com/MagazineArticl...it-Handle.aspx http://www.motoiq.com/MagazineArticl...it-Pretty.aspx ![]() The specs: Exterior Silvia front end w/ GT-R center panel 180sx tails New paint in 2007 -- rare Infiniti color Beryllium with a Super Black roof Interior WORKING A/C! S14 front seats, super clean New black carpet and floor mats in the cabin (this was a royal bitch to install.) Dark headliner conversion (feels like a fancy German car, ooh!) Non-choking seat belt conversion MonsterKnobs shift knob (love it!) Momo steering wheel with carbon fiber accents Almost perfect dash (small crackle in the corner that ends at the defroster vent) NO SUNROOF! (takes a huge weight off the car's roof) Crank windows (lighter weight! And you'll never have to replace those pesky window actuators when they die) Mini Techtom (so you can track the ACTUAL coolant temp) Red LED dash light conversion Red LED dome light Infinity Basslink 200-watt powered sub 6" Infinity speakers in all 4 corners Some nice Sony head unit with aux jack Optima battery relocated to hatch for weight distribution, with remote terminal in the engine bay for easier jump access if necessary Handling & Braking Custom Ground Control coilovers/strut bodies with Koni Sport inserts. Springs are 350F/250R 17x8.5" SSR GT7 wheels, powdercoated gunmetal grey. Brand new matching spare wheel included BF Goodrich Sport Comp 2 tires, only 3000 miles Front and rear strut tower bars (Front is Whiteline) Camber plates Front and rear adjustable Progress sway bars with Mazdaspeed3 ball joint end links 5-lug conversion, s14 knuckles 300ZXTT aluminum uprights 300ZXTT front and rear aluminum calipers and Stoptech SS braided brake lines 300ZXTT brake booster Stoptech Powerslot rotors Curb weight 2750 lbs, corner weighted with near perfect 50/50 weight distribution Power Blacktop S13 SR20DET, 240+ rwhp JWT ECU, custom tuned on the dyno by Clark Steppler T28 turbo, Extrude Honed Stillen intercooler JWT clutch and lightweight flywheel ARP head studs DSM blowoff valve, recirculated (the way it should be) 3" downpipe and Magnaflow exhaust with Mazda RX-8 cat 300ZXTT MAF Bottomless Q45 airbox (for better airflow + stock looks) Power Enterprise PBC Power Boost Controller (installed but not working for some reason; currently running a boost jet at 11 PSI) Koyo aluminum radiator OEM Miata fans Custom aluminum one-piece driveshaft JDM OEM Nissan clutch-type diff Walbro 255lph fuel pump 615cc injectors Minor downers Though it looks awesome, it still is a 21-year-old driven car, so... One tiny door ding A few small paint chips from daily driving Front bumper is spiderwebbed/chipped from a very low speed incident Half of the LED dash lights have gone flaky. Sometimes they work, sometimes no. Probably a bad ground. Wrinkle-coat paint on the valve cover is flaking off 3 of the speakers not working, probably a bad ground again Includes spare wheel, a crap-ton of StopTech brake rotors, and a brand new set of Axxis Ultimate brake pads Price: $9,000 Shoot me a PM. I'll take offers, but don't bother lowballing. The car was smogged a month ago, so it's valid for sale in California for 2 more months. I recommend taking advantage of that, because smog will be buyer's responsibility afterwards. I have more detailed photos to send to interested buyers. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() NOTE: the trim panel that hides the ECU (seen laying in the hatch photo above) is now installed ![]() Sorry this engine bay pic sucks. It was dark. I can take a better one for anyone interested. ![]() ![]() ![]()
