NY 93 240sx Convertible 5spd swap

I have for sale my 1993 Nissan 240sx Convertible. I'm asking $2500
This is a PROJECT CAR. It runs and drives under its own power but to be road ready could use work. Price has wiggle room and I am open to trades for most anything manual and rear wheel drive.

Good:
Ka24de out of s14 with roughly 100k
s14 5spd Manual swap with good clutch
Megan Racing Adjustable coil overs and camber plates
Front and rear strut bar
Solid frame rails
Top has no rips*
New clutch master
Welded Diff (tho to some this is a con)

Bad:
Interior is gutted (No door cards, radio, rear seats*still have seats and will be included*, speakers,heat/ac etc.)
Has rust in certain places(mainly in rear area of car's floor)
Windows don't work(If you supply power directly they will go up and down it needs a window amp)
Although the convertible top is in good shape the rear vinyl window is not and will need to be replaced it is currently covered with a tarp to prevent water buildup.
Leaks oil from front main seal(have included) and oil pan (needs a gasket)
No power steering
no heat or a/c
Top only works manually
Could use a brake service (mainly bleeding)
body has some dents here and there nothing major
