s14 KA redlines upon start

Hey guys, ive been having an issue with the 240 lately and cant seem to find the problem.

I was at an event drifting, went to clutch kick into the corner and the car went into an instant redline and stayed there. I quickly shut the car off, and tried to start it again, as soon as the car turns over it goes right to redline again. The only way i got the car to move is to pull the MAF and limp it onto the trailer and into the shop Ive tried checking the TPS plugs and they were fine, Ive changed the TPS and that didnt solve the issue. I did notice though that the valve on the throttle body is open just slightly, is it supposed to be that way?

im not sure what else to try, i know someone on here has better knowledge than i do at this point, so any help would be greatly appreciated!
