Car almost got stolen, stole from.

Yeah so some retard almost got my car or my shit in the car this friday morning...

It was infront of my house no less. I'll have pic's of the damage up real soon, But in the mean time I'll tell ya about it...

So they cut a large hole in the passenger side of my car around the door handle... Now heres the tricky part... I dont know what they were going to do with this hole, becuse everything I did to finish what they were doing set off the car alarm...

If this happens again I have many fun things that they will have to deal with now... Motion alarm, vibration alarm, cameras, and a .357

The only reason they stopped is my dog was barking and my dad let him outside...

It looks like a pair of wire cutters and plyers did the hole... It must have taken forever to cut...

Anyways... The insurance people cut me a check for $1700 to repair my car... I already got a compleat used door off a 96 240sx for $400

I'm going to stip all the parts and have it on tomorrow... I could tonight but I'm lazy...

So now the big question... What color? or colors? I'll have a bit of cash left over after I'm done, I'm going to do all the dents myself.

I can't believe they cut a fucking hole in the door like that,craziness. All they'd really need to gain entrance to the car is a lock-picking tool or set. Either way,sorry to see that happen to such a nice car and glad to see you got enough to fix it and then some.

The alarm never went off... I am going to install a better / another one that will go off when the car gets bumped to hard...

I have a camera on it now.

I set up the camera so if more then 2% of the frame changes it sets off an alarm to wake me up... I wont go into what’s going to happen to them.

This was done between 11pm and 4am... At 3:30 4:00 am my dog was going nuts so my dad turned on the outside light to let him out... (to the bathroom) I think that’s why they had to stop...

I chose to take my car to Nissan to fix it... I figger that Allstate is paying for everything so the Nissan guy is going to fix all the dents in that side of the car, replace the shell of the door that’s damages, get a new door handle, and repaint the whole side of my car to match...

If the paint does not look like nothing happened I'm going to make them repaint the whole car.

So no $$ on this one...

The reason I chose to go this way all the sudden is I got the only door U-pull-it had in Washington and Oregon... Well guess what... When I got the door tore apart to put my guts in it, The door had been modified in the inside and was missing all the metal required to bolt up my electric door system (the door I got was from a very base 96 240sx...)

they said they will give me a full refund for the door because it would not work... And I'm not going weld to make it work.

Good thing I work for the GOV. We have a privet parking lot protected my fedrail police... I only have to be worried about my car at my house.

DAMN!!! this is why I have somewhat of a problem with "new" American Subcultures, just because drifting is sooo big to all the newbies, our cars are going to get victimized by front running, trend following losers that realized thier stolen honda civic isnt cool anymore. i've owned my 1998 S14 for a couple of years already and never really saw much 240s around but now their emerging from everywhere and scumbags are on the lookout for them... sorry bout you're car bro, if it does happen again i hope that .357 get them, i sound kinda harsh but i cant tolerate lowlives!
