CA FS: S14 SR20DET Motorset w/ Tranny. PowerFC, Nismo, TODA, GT2871R, etc

I have an S14 SR20DET for sale. I've had this motor since 2007 as it came in my old S14. After I crashed the S14 in 2008, it sat for awhile and was put into my S13.4 in 2010. I only did 2-3 events in that car and then I decided to part out the car and take a break from drifting due to school. Since 2010, the motor has just been sitting in my garage untouched. I've never had an issue with this motor. It has always started up fine and ran strong. When I got the S14, engine mileage was supposedly around 50-60,000 and I estimate I may have put around 10,000 miles on it throughout the years. Probably forgetting some things here and there but please see details below:
