short shifter twists?

First thing is first, what brand short shifter do I have?

So the shifter twists the entire length of the cylinder and ends toward the bottom.

This has been bothering me because I can change the position of the shift knob while I drive.

Thanks guys!

Send a message via AIM to Scott@FontanaNissan

Should I glue the two pieces together and call it a day or should I find whatever that blue stuff is and replace it?
