There are places that will install after-market sunroofs even on cars that didn't one in the first place. Someplace around here will do it for $200-$300 depending on size. It's a windshield repair shop, so start by calling one of those, I suppose, if you want a nicer sunroof than the one your car came with. Maybe even make it bigger?

If my car had a roof (snicker), I would totally consider doing that. =)

That's weird West, I just said that in the 240 vs 300 forum. But damb, a T-top 240 would be killer, all the benefits of the hard top, with the joy of a convertable.

But seriously West, you should totally do it.

Not sure on the S13, but a new sunroof for an S14 will run you close to $1,100 bucks....I gotta get a new one myself cause the one I've got now is all rusted to shit due to the previous owner leaving it open a few times....some people!!

T-tops are nice, and I'll never deny it .. but nothing is 'as great as a convertible' unless it is a convertible. =)

T-tops are totally cool. If it were possible though I would Targa the roof of my 240 sx. That way I could get the full open benefit and have the hard roof panel as well. Any one know if that is possible at all.

I think you'd have to put a roll bar in there or something to help with the structural support, but I bet it could be done if you put enough money into it.
