s15 Using S15 parts on S13 for 5 Lug Conversion + Brakes

Ok, so I came across a deal on S15 suspension and brakes.
Actually, not really the suspension, but I am just interested in the 5 lug conversion parts.
I don't really know exactly what I need from the S15. And I hope that this post will be very useful to others.

So here goes, there's an S15, and I have an S13 with 4 lug stock brakes.

I'm thinking it'll be just like parts from an S14..
Buy the spindle, LCA, HUB, caliper, brake lines, 5 lug rotor for the front.

In the rear, I reaaaallly don't know what I need.
Could I just take the hub, brake, rotor, and brake line?
Will I have trouble with making the e-brake work?

I'm thinking I should just buy some conversion brake lines as well, searched and found out a lot about how old banjo fittings suck. And read that the S15 calipers use banjo fittings.

Recommendations, suggestions, information to share, anything would help!
Feel free to AIM me as well: threekimchees is my screen name. Quick! Need to get everything sure before Monday! Thanks in advance.
