Before you jump on me I did search and couldn't find much of anything. So I need help with some electrical stuff, got a new dash harness and got all installed but now my cluster won't work, the bright light symbol will light up and the turn signals will work on the cluster but gauges won't light up or move as they should, the old cluster harness had a wire spliced into the green wire, thanks guys. Btw this is on a 1990 s13 hatch

Can I ask why you got the new dash harness to begin with? I see you said the "green" wire was spliced into but im curious if that was making issues before you swapped harnesses.
