Hmm sounds like your buying the same car I have, not exactly but close enough. I bought my white 92 hatch for around 2400 with 170,000 on it when it was bought. Mine was a one owner car and was in damn good condition except for all too famous rust under the sponge spoiler routine. As a daily driver I dunno around 180,000 is when shit gets sketchy with the KA's, and the timing chain starts to crap out. The TC rod bushings have probably turned into jelly by now and need to be replaced. If he maintained it though it will run for maybe another year or so. Take care of the rust now, you'll regret not doing it later. That shit will spread and ruin the hatch trust me cause it nearly did it on mine. Other than that buy it thats a decent asking price, its a SE which to me doesnt mean shit because the diffrences between a SE and a non SE are nothing in my opinion. What exactly are your goals for the car? I ask this because if I were you I would do everything you need to now. SR swap or whatever the winter time is the best time for it. But yeah definately go for it cause the prices are only gonna go up on 240sx's cause kids like me want them really bad and will pay too much for because they are "super cool drift machines"
