Man difference I can see is QR = manual, QQ = automatic... So yes, pretty much the same thing, you would only have some extra wires for the auto trans.

Putting a manual harness and ecu to a auto car = good luck.
Putting a auto harness and ecu to a manual car = you'll have 3 connectors hanging loose that you'll be able to cut off.

Since they're both for NA applications, I would imagine so.. But haven't tried.
