Ripped Dash Ideas

Ok i was in an accident with my 97 SE a lil bit ago and not ready to spend the money for a whole new dash yet so wondering if anyone has some ideas on what i could do with the passenger side. The airbag came out and ripped the dash a little bit (maybe 2" straight down) and the panel that pops out pushes back down just with a lil crease in it. So i am just tryin to get some ideas on how to fix the ripped part somewhat cleanly without putting gauges, stereo or anything there. I dont have pics yet but start brainstorming and i will have some pics in a few days probably.
Thanks

Black electrical tape ($0.99 - $2.99 at any hardware store) is a popular fix for blown bags. If your interior is a color other than black, look for duct tape in that color ($0.99 - $2.99 at any hardware store).

If you go the duct tape route, you can use the remainder to repair the body damage.

Seriously? Remove and replace it with a good unit -- check the classified section, ebaymotors.com & car-parts.com.

FYI, It's not safe to drive around in an airbag equipped car without airbags.
