Angry Replacing bushings in rear hub.

I recently purchased a set of bushings from energy suspension for the rear on my s13. There are 5 bushings on each side (3 go in the hub and 2 in the lower control arm). I have seen the install on pdmracing on how to do this and it looks like a bitch. Anyone here done this install before, I was wondering if a 42 ton press is sufficient to get those old bushings out. My car only has 90k so I'm going to check if I should even bother replacing them at this point. Any comments are appreciated.

I have installed the bushigsn in the rear for only the upper control arm and the toe link. I couldn't get the rear lower control arm out so I didn't bother doing those.

You will need to get a shop with a press to press out the old bushings and then press in the new ones.

Don't listen to what others say about trying to burn out the bushings or trying to do it at home.

This is what i did. I got a torch and burned out the rubber. Then i used a hammer to get the inner sleeve out. It should be easy. Then on the outer sleeve i used a sawzall and made slits in then. Then i used my 12 ton press and got them out. On the hub I just used the sawzall and cut it all the way out. Then used a hammer and a chisel to tap them out. I have not got to the rear lower control arm. For the bushings install I am using a bench vise.

If you have access to a 42 ton press and the right drifts then it shouldn't be too hard.
