slipping again!!

i had a post earlier about my clutch slipping and found out i had grease on flywheel and p-plate. I cleaned it up real good with brake cleaner and put everything back and blah blah etc. I tested it out and it still slipping...and its a new clutch. Also i now get this whistling sound like when someone has bad brakes . This sh*t is really pissing me off =/ and im getting tempted to take it to a shop. so yeah, just wondering if and of you guys know any other things that may cause this...
