92 KA PVC valve help
i just got a 240 and i cant find it.. im not even sure if there is one on it and i wouldnt be surprised if the owner uninstalled it and didnt reinstall a new one they didnt take care of the car.. could anyone of take a pic and circle where its at please thanks alot

The easiest way to get to it, is to remove the air intake pipe and all associated hoses, the alternator, and possibly the rad shroud (unless you can aqueeze there). It sits right behind the alt, going into the block. You can try removing from underneath, but will have problems getting a good grip with torque.

Remove the alternator and the front intake manifold bracket.
If you have big and bulky hands (like me) removing these helps a lot. Attack it from the underside (you need to remove the splash guard too!) Its a 17mm size, use a good set of long nose pliers to remove the clip, by any chance, no not put any sealant around the new PVC threads. |

Be careful with it though, the hose going to it may be old and hard, thats what happened to mine. I finally got the damn thing loose (which takes forever, there's not much clearence for turning in there) and the hose broke.
