Calling all Electricians *HELP*

S13 SOHC

Alright guys and gals, here is the problem. Last week it snowed in South Texas (A record since 1890 or some thing like that) I hop in my S13 and attempt to turn on my wipers to get the frost off of my windshield but alas they dont work. My S13 has had tons of electrical problems and gliches before (windshield wipers sometimes randomly come on for one second). So today I attempt to fix the problem. I dont think its my motor because the squirters dont work either. The fuse is fine and dandy, so I take off the columb at the steering wheel. Everything is plugged in and still no windshield wipers. I click my blinker on and notice and my temp guage goes way high and then back to normal, in sync with my blinker (high-low, high-low, high-low) . Along with the temp guage going crazy my speedometer raises and lowers and the seatbelt light blink in sync with the blinker. Im assuming that the wiring to the blinker is somehow connected with the guages (duh). I have no idea what it could be. Im not the greatest at electronics by any means but any help will be appreciated.
