SR SR Starting problem searched and been troubleshooting... still stumped...

I have my SR in, (S13 Redtop into S13 Chassis) and it cranks, catches, but won't start and run.

Mods: Walboro 255 Pump, Greddy Pulleys, Greddy Suction Kit, Greddy FMIC, Greddy Rocker Arm Stoppers, Jun Lightweight Flywheel, Blitz Nur Spec, Blitz DP, Unknown JDM O2 Housing, HKS BOV.

New Parts include a New O2 Sensor.

We are pretty sure its in the fuel, the injectors are reading the right resistnace per FSM Specs, the Ignitor Chip is ok per FSM testing procedures. Coil packs check out per FSM procedures, plus we have pulled them out individually to look for spark and they are A OK. The plugs on 2 and 3 are more wet than on 1 and 4, but this may be normal for all I Know. Vaccum is routed as instructed by HT FAQ.

I had the fuel lines backwards at one point, but switched them and it runs that same.

I had two different CAS, and tried both. Still the same. Car is in time per FSM, and we have played with timing with no results.

What makes us think it's fuel is when we poured some gasoline into the throttle body, it ran until fuel ran out then we'd poor more and it would keep going. It revved past 3k while doing this. I suspected a faulty pump, but it's getting fuel up to the lines and when i pulled them to switch them it was pressureized and shot half way across the garage, so i believe the pump is fine.
I'm gonna pull the injectors next and check for some suirting action cuz i'm not sure if they had ticked or not when I listened to them.

The motor seems to have good compression because it's hella hard to crank by hand when it's on compression stroke, and you can hear the air leave the pressurized cylinders as you crank. But I don't think the motor had been run for quite some time before I got it. Looked as if it had been sitting for a long time.

I'm REALLY confused.... any help?
