s13 seatbelt problem...

okay the seatbelt that moves back and fourth that goes across your chest, when you turn the key and open the door, all of a sudden today only the passenger side was working, the driver side wouldnt move... anybody know what to do? thanks..

Well it is a safety feature. I wonder if that means you get the parts free but you have to pay labor to have them installed. Cause if I can I would just get the parts and replace them myself.

it doesn't have any details in the pamphlet, but i would assume they wouldn't want you to just have the parts. I could be wrong though
