T28 Oil and Coolant lines?

I just recieved my S14 T28 and it came equipped with the two hardlines with banjo fittings but no oil fitting (the peice with two bolts used to attach) and no fitting for the threaded oil inlet. This turbo is for a KA-T setup and my question is this: do most of the KA-T people forgo the water cooling and simply cap those hardlines off? And also if any one knows where to pickup the oil fittings aside from junkyards as well as inlet pipes and compressor oulet pipes as the turbo did not come with the stock peices. Thanks.
