Before I set my car on fire...

I've been having issues with my ebrake forever now.

Last week I changed all the rotors and pads.

Now the god damn parking brake only locks up the passenger side tire. The drivers side will finally lock up after I give about 8-10 good long ebrake pulls. Before that its useless.

The calipers were replaced (with NEW units) about 8 months ago because the drivers side one didn't lock when the ebrake was engaged.

Anyone have ANY clue what I should look for now? Another Bad caliper? Messed up ebrake cable?
