I can buy a HKS EVC boost controller, along with a Super BOV and a HKS turbo timer all in a kit.
Now I'm asking... are there better items for a t3/4 turbo setup?  What would you buy (kinda on a budget, but not really <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='

Also, aren't all these parts universal, and would fit onto any system?  Just checking to make sure they'll work here.
