In the doors they are 4x6 and in the rear on the deck they are 6 1/2.

S13s can fit 6 1/2 in front with a little work making a custom mount for it. The rear depends if it's a coupe or hatch. I think coupes can also fit 6 1/2. Hatches can only fit 4x6 in the rear, unless you cut or do some mods. I have pioneer two-way 4x6 for my rear speakers.

6.5 in the front. Make some brackets for the doors. For the rear you have 4x6 and I really don't see the need for anything else there.

6x9s are easy to put in the fronts... they clear the door jambs perfectly and look clean

having 6.5's upfront kicks ass! I used to have pioneer 4x6 and they sounded clean but weak. My new Boston Acoustics 6.5's sound much more full. With that said, its definiltey worth the trouble to make your speaker plates to upgrade speaker size!

s13 My bad I forgot one thing

I had forgot that their is a difference between coupe and hatch. Of course you can make modifications to fit any speaker you want but if your looking for the original szes.

Coupe: 4x6 front and 6.5 rear
Hatch: 4x6 all around

5x7 will fit nicely in the front also.

In the rear of the hatch, you can bottom mount nearly anything with a little modification.
