I noticed on a lot of DYNO sheets the torque just starts dying at high RPM. What can be done to improve this?

Diffrent turbo, tuning, cams, other parts?

Example :

I assume you don't know the function of hp as it relates to tq?

I saw a post of a before/after with a Greddy manifold and it kept the torque and hp from dropping off at the end. As a whole though I would go for exhaust manifold, intake manifold and cams. That isnt a big deal though.......Notice how the tq goes down and the hp goes up?
