anyone use melatonin?
well i've taken it before, but i am wondering if it has any long term side effects and or what the proper amount of rest is to get after taking a couple of tablets. i got 6 hours of sleep once and when i woke up i was fuzzy in the head ttill i went back to sleep.
just seeing if anyone has any good advice for a sleeping aide that works (not alchahol) got used to that, not niquill, that doesn't work too good for me. |
