Tips for removing S13 lock cylider
The lock cylinder on the driver side of my S13 has seized up. I got the door panel out and I can see it very clearly. The cylinder just isn't budging. Furthermore, my key won't go in all the way any more. It used to go in all the way and be able to turn, just not unlock. Now it won't even go in at all.
I sprayed the hell out of it with PB Blaster but still no luck. Any tips for removing the cylinder? I'm going to get a new OEM one and swap it. Just looking for any helpful tips before jumping into it. Looks like I can just unbolt the whole door handle and slide the whole assembly out. Thanks. |
