S15 Cage into a S14?

Anyone tried it? I found a S15 cage for a reasonable price and I'd rather not gamble on getting this thing to fit right.

Good chance that it will fit. I have S15 rear seats in my car, so the interior dimensions are pretty damn close to the same.

i'm not sure but i think that the interior height is different between them but like i said i'm not sure. have the person measure dimensions for you and then go from there.

Take this info how you want,but-

Cusco/Safety 21 show two different part numbers for the S14 cage and the S15 cage *S14 lists not for sunroofs

good luck~

ya i noticed that to. But i keep hearing conflicting reports if it will actually work. Oh well, whatever, I'm going to try it out anyways and "make" it fit if it comes down to it.

The Chassis under pinnings are the same... The cabin has been redesigned and I highly doubt that the cage will fit. It may bolt into the same spots (because of the same under pinnings), but cabin height, width and length are all different. Just buy a cage for your car instead of wasting money on something that may or may not...

I'm getting it for a ridiculous cheap price. I got the tools, the technology, the power to make it into something greater. To make it into a awesome S14 cage.

I'll keep everyone updated on the steps I'll have to take to get it to fit. Hopefully it shouldn't be to bad.

For those whom wanted to know, a S15 cage does fit into a S14.

The cage I got was a Siato Achieve. I'll post pictures later once I actually get it bolted down this weekend. (just test fitted it today)

Maybe. This cage didn't exactly fit perfect in all the places. But the adjustments are so minor it worked anyway. The only problems I can see are the front two long A-pillar support bars might have problems with the dash.
