s14 Weird electrical issues...

My s14 ka-t alternator, starter, egi fuse,Power window fuse, ignition fuse and the electron battery fuse have to be disconnected at the same time otherwise it'll drain my battery. I noticed my fuel pump will not prime when its hooked up anymore, its brand new so it shouldn't have any issues whats so ever.

Its taken me about a week to figure this out haha with having one of those hooked up it drains 3.11 milliamps and with them unhooked its .03
Not sure what to do guy's wondering if anyone has some insight.

Clock, radio backup, etc.

Nothing to do with the engine.

How would i go about fixing a short? never dealt with this many electrical problems at once?

Did you tuck your harness in the wheel well? I'd start there.

Ya, i'm pretty sure that why i started having electrical problems, half the wires got frayed and made contact but i repaired them. I was thinking about replacing the whole harness to see if it'd fix my wire problems.
