RB rb25 running rough and dying help!!!

I have a series 1 rb25 in my 91 s13. I just bought the car last week and supposedly it only needed plugs. It ran ok during test drive, would cut out some. I trailered it home and ever since I pulled it off the trailer its been running rough. I changed the plugs and I noticed one of them was soaked in fuel. I also noticed a fuel leak back by the tank but it only leaks some of the time. Right when it starts up it idles rough and I get no throttle response whatsoever it just cuts out then dies... Mainly stock... walbro 255 greddy intake fmic stock t28 Turbo q45 throttle body stock injectors... anyone help please???

What plugs and what gap? Double check the mechanical timing, then ignition timing. Then double check the TPS and base fuel pressure.

Has the car been sitting? I've seen old gas do something like that to an rb. Its would be missing at idle and when you opened the throttle it would die unless you did it very slowly then it would just start knocking

I used ngk bk7's at .028 gap... And I also notice that when I have the key in the on position the fuel pump stays on and never goes off... You think this would have something to do with it?
And the car has been sitting but I test drove it when I bought it last week so I wouldn't think it would be old gas
