Finally got around to putting one of my s14s back together and noticed the horn as well as the cruise contol doesn't work. The green cruise control light comes on when I push the button on the dash, but when I press the buttons on the steering wheel for cruise control the light in the cluster doesn't come on

At first I thought it was a broken clock spring but I tested it and there is continuity through all 5 wires on the clock spring. I do have a spare one just in case but I dont think that is the problem.

What else would cause the problem of nothing working on the steering wheel? I have an FSM but im terrible at reading circuits and electrical diagrams
