Help Identify This Part For S14 Front Bumper Install?

I have a new OEM front bumper to install but when I bought the car it had an aftermarket bumper on it and after taking it off it seems I'm missing alot of OEM parts, I have almost all the parts needed now but I always thought this support bar for the bottom corner of the bumper on one side looked kinda funny like not OEM. Here are some Pictures of the passenger side which is OEM with Nissan logo and flat and the driver side that is round that doesn't have a logo but I'm not sure if it's OEM?, So if any one knows what it's supposed to look like I'd appreciate the help. Thanks!!

OEM passenger side.

?? driver side.

i dunno who would bother making aftermarket bumper bracket things so i would assume that it was oem

if it works why bother buying a new one

The passenger side pic shows the upper bracket that resides under the fender lip (they just rigged it at the bottom), driver side is a custom piece. Nothing is stock on the bottom edge to secure the bumper cover.

Correct, on an S13, but those bars in question bolt to the fender, not the bumper. As I said above, there are no lower bracket for the bumper on S14s. The original owner fashioned those to support the aftermarket bumper that was previously fitted.

The weird thing is that the lower part of the passenger side has the Nissan Logo on it? Also the bumper I now have is a Navan bumper and there is holes on each of the bottom corners where the bars would attatch to just like the aftermaket bumper I took off had. I'll have to PM someone who has the Navan bumper and see if they used the bars to attatch it.

I love when I answer a question and no one reads it.

To reiterate, the picture of the passenger side IS AN OE bracket, but NOT a bottom bracket. It's a top bracket, fits underneath the leading edge of the bumper where it meets the fender as a reinforcement. There is no bottom bracket on any S14 OE bumper.
The holes in the lower portion of the Navan bumper are for the fender liners, nothing else.

Probably off a S13. I mean if i wasnt so damn lazy, i would make something too to keep aftermarket bumpers from flapping on the freeway. I'd say use it, wouldnt hurt much but actually help it.

I see! that would explain why the Nissan logo is upside down. I guess when I install the bumper if the bars line up good I'll maybe use them for the extra braceness otherwise I wont worry about them. Thanks everyone!!
