This is what's going on,

When i push on the brake pedal and tap very lightly on the clutch pedal it will just stay on the floor and won't spring back.

A friend said that it's most likely my clutch slave, but after reading everyone else problem it sounds like it could be a pivot ball.

Oh yeah, i'm running a KA DOHC with an OEM clutch.
