One thing that I cant get clear from the many threads I read are will the Z32 hubs bolt up to the S14 or do I need SE hubs in order to use the Z32 brake parts... I'm aware of the backing plate modifications needed for the Z32 e-brake but still not clear on the hubs themselves.

IMHO z32 rears are not worth the effort to get & install. |

The e-brake is a drum style instead of using the caliper, which is a benifit as it grips MUCH better than a standard caliper style e-brake but is a PITA to setup. ~Kris

No modification required for the backing plates, and none for the cables if you use R33s.
That's of course if you choose to use an ebrake. As far as the hub, S14 SE/Z32 work fine, or an S13 hub with a redrilled rotor to 4lug. Ebrake hardware still works fine on either model. |
