jdm s14 na diff. Help me out please!

I have a s14 zenki that is RHD NA automatic. I also have a wrecked 13 rhd w/ redtop and 2way kazz. The problem begins.. NOT another 13 to 14 diff question!

okay so I take out the 13 diff along with the 5bolt outputshaft. Now I'm thinking all I need to do is change the covers and bam! done.. Nope! the pumpkin on s14 is noticeably smaller, I've even measured them. and the sizes are not the same..so my question is does anyone know or heard of this? I need to find the cover for it but do not know which is the right size. I was thinking that maybe the previous 13 owner had somehow installed z32 turbo lsd... has anyone actually have the measurement of the r200? I'm located in Korea where there isn't much silvias that I could compare to..

sencond part of the problem is the rpm guage. Engine swap was successfully done including the windshield wiper and the speedometer but somehow my rpm gauge stopped working. It would read the idle rpm and when I rev it up in neutral, everything works. But as soon as I get into anygear and step on the throttle, it would go down to zero and stay there until I let off the throttle. it would than indicate the rpm after my foot has been off the throttle. wierd problem which I'm sure I could get help from one of you guys..

It's possible, though the Z32TT unit is noticeably larger, too big for the S13/S14 subframe. Maybe they did some cut/weld work to make it fit.
