brakes makeing wierd noise

ok so I just changed my brakes which include new pads in front and new rotors. well I put them on and for a few days they sounded fine, nothing out of the ordinary, now after a little bit of driving they make a weird grinding/shuttering noise once I get down to about 5 mph untill I stop, what could be causing this?

premature engagement between the rotor/pads maybe? I have this problem right now with my 240SX rear driver side.

Did you bleed out your old fluid? I don't think this is required when changing out pads/rotors, but I like to do it just to have a peace in mind. I did not do it this time when the shop changed out the rear rotors, and now my brakes aren't feeling that well (it wasn't anything good before anyway).

well see premature engagement seems like it would happen when im cruising with the pedal not pressed. the only time this happens is when im slowing down to 5 mph and below, like if i was just cruising at 5 mph i wouldnt hear a sound, so I dont think it would be that.

see if you could feel a lot of heat coming off the brakes? I know I got one screwed up rotor right now...
