Question BOV Hoses/waste gate hose

I have an s14 sr20det that I am finishing up and I have a few questions about which hoses go were. I removed the carbon canister and disguarded it from the old s13 ka engine/chassis and on the s14 sr there are three hoses that are coming out from under the throttle body and one on the closest to the passenger fire wall is capped and the other two are just cut. What do I do with these other two hoses?

I have an ARC BOV inline on my hot pipe and I need to know where the nipple/hose gets its signal?

The waste gate on the turbo has a nipple/hose also where does that connect to?

The reason why I am asking all these questions is because I want to finish the work that a shop started but since filed bankruptcy and can't finish the work. And I have lost a ton of money anyway on the job. So if I could get a little help with the minor things that would be great. I have already tried the local shops and they don't have a clue. And the shop where I was getting my work done they are nowhere to be found.

So any help would be great. Thanks.

Oh one other thing I noticed is that there is a breather hose in top of the transmission not connected to anything do I need to connect it to anything?
