on my 95 s14 with s13 sr20 my idle surges up and down, and i dont even have cams, i just have a enthalpy ecu, njecters, and z32 maf, how do i determine if i have a vacuum leak? and would a vacuum leak cause my car to see boost creep?

Yes its a vacuum leak. Look up pressure tester and you'll find a write up on how to find leaks in your piping.

Basically, you cap the intake pipe and feed an air hose into it and look for leaks.. pretty simple.
