Actually, I've heard of all of them not fitting right and also heard that all of em fit good, I guess you win some and lose some. I think that hotshot has a new one?

Point of clarification: Header - not headers... there is only one.

Otherwise, I know the Greddy used to be famous for cracking (does anyone know if they claim to have fixed this?).

greddy doesn't make a header for the S13, only s14.

The best header I know of for the S13 is the Hotshot. The redesign was done for the S14 b/c it had a second o2 sensor that people were having to cut a hole in the header to put it in.

I have never seen the S&S header.
this is from their site:

5441 91-94 240SX (16 Valve) $243.30
5441H PC/91-94 240SX (16 Valve) $343.30
I would assume PC is some sort of ceramic coating

so the new hotshot S14 95-96 header installs fairly easy? It looks like a quality header.

I haven't seen any recent reviews. In all the older reviews the Greddy header was the best fit, and easiest install. But I haven't seen anything lately since Hotshot has made alterations to their headers

just came across something interesting...obx lists a header for our cars, but have never heard of anyone having one. Anyone know whats up with that?
Its listed in their website, along with other things like cat-back exhausts.

I actually heard from a lot of people that the Greddy Header was discontinued for now. I guess they had a problem with cracking. Not sure what year 240 it was for but one of the guys from www.enjukuracing.com told me that

I got my Hot shot from Enjuku racing, problem free at my door, and it bolted up with extreme ease, for my 90, I believe the header was $319.50, the only fitment problem was getting it go into place with the damn coil right by the drivers side strut tower, Lates
