Where can I find a steering wheel adapter for the S13 thats universal like the ones in Japan(they can fit momo, nardi, grant)?  The only ones I see here at the autoparts stores fit only grant steering wheels.

Momo and Sparco hubs both use same 6-hole pattern, so either Momo, Sparco, OBX and some others you can use either hub.
Grant hub uses 5-hole pattern, some others do the same like Autotecnica wheels.

so u need Momo or Sparco, not Grant. i'm using Momo hub #3508 (made for earlier Nissans without airbag). yes u illegally (technically) remove the airbag. u may want to ask ur insurance company how they handle a car without an airbag cuz it could affect a claim.
