Need help, injector removal...

Anyone have any tips on how to remove stock SR injectors from the fuel rail? They don't really want to budge, and i don't want to break the plastic by prying on it... I sold the injectors to one guy, and the fuel rail to another guy, so I really need to get them apart... Any advice is much appreciated!

Thanks,
Ben

take the injector and rotate it 180degrees. Then take a wide tip flat screwdriver and stick it between the rail and the ride on the injectore. Pry up about 5mm and the thing will pop out. You will likely need new o-rings
