hey guys.. my drivers side door window stopped working a few days back so i went to take it apart. my power window amplifier is just fine, and the motor works.. slowly, crappy, but it works.. ONLY after i take the 4 bolts holding the motor off, and preceed to take the metal casing with the magnets off. after i spin the shaft, i hear a click after x amount of turns. after putting everything back together, the window works again.. but if it goes too high or too low, BAM.. i have to take everything apart again. how much would a new motor cost, or where can i get one?? are there any easy ways to conver to manual windows?

i have a similar problem-

when my drivers window is all the way down, the pwr window amp box will make a click noise, like its being turned on/off, and it must be draining a moderate amnt of power, bc my idle will drop 100-200 rpms when it clicks........hrmmm?

id figure it out, but im just soo lazy, and the window doesnt have to go ALL the way down, just enough for the smoker arm to hang out! lol
