s14 Known wiring issues? 1996 engine to 1995 240sx

So my latest question revolving around my engine swap-over is....

are there any known compatability problems with swapping a newer 1996 KA motor into a 1995 240sx?? We seem to be running into some wiring differences, and I'm really hoping they are just minor....I'm really not ready to find out I'm in for the headache of the century .....any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.

We're looking into changing the manifold over? But will that cover everything?

1996 engine is OBD-II, there's numerous parts located on the intake manifold the 95 didn't have. Just remove them all and plug the vacuum ports left over. Keep the EGR and EGRC-BPT valves and swap the TB and CTS and you're done.

For the record:

TB = throttle body
CTS = coolant temp sensor
