s14 auto tranny question

I am removing the auto tranny of my 1997 s14 but i dont know how to unplugged i follow the harness but can not find the connections (do i have to unplug the alternator?), besides the speed sensor and 02 what else need to be unplugged (cut wires is not an option lol)
and second what is the best way to remove the pilot bushing?

Four plugs, right behind the fusebox. Unclip the harness from the lower harness.

Blind Hole Bearing Puller tool, you can rent it at Autozone.
