Formula D Pro Am

Luckily, i qualified for the pro-am yesterday at Grind (Dailydrifter) event and received the invitation

KiDyNomiTe posted a thread few weeks back about transporting cars to NV. The more i read that thread, the more i feel like Pro-AM isn't really worth it. Not to mention all the safety tech, roll cage, suits....

I also heard a not-so-cool rumor from my friend about Pro-am (he's a good friend w/ Drift Alliance member, so i'd assume the source is reliable) series. Is it true that FD drivers who don't score enough point this season will get booted to Pro AM series? If that's the case then this is really fucked up IMO, our home build drift car VS built sponsored car????

can anyone confirm this rumor?

thanks

Tao
