Hi I'm the proud new owner of a 93 240sx hatchback se manual with 120K. At the moment the car is being delivered but I can't wait until I get my hands on it . I want to set the car up for autocross (aiming at the stock class at the moment) and I wanted to know what kind of preventive maintenance I should do. The car is nine years old and I know that a lot of parts need to be replaced to bring the car up to shape. My main concern is the cars gaskets and timing chain. Should I worry about anything else?

Here is a list of the parts I'm considering at the moment.

Whiteline bushings
Whiteline T/C Rod Bushings
PDM racing control arms
KYB AGX and Eibach Prokit suspension Combo
Russell Speed Bleeders and steel braided brake lines
Replacing radiator and radiator hoses
Changing engine and transmition oil and filters
Flushing all fluids
Act clutch and Fidanza Aluminum Flywheel
Water pump
Oil pump
Distributor
Sparkplugs
All belts

Or is all of this just overkill? I need to know what needs to be done right now. It took me a month of searching to find this beauty and I want to make sure that it's going to stay with me for a long while. This is the first car I buy with my own money which makes it even more special to me.

that looks pretty good. id just do a general maintence job before beating the car to death. dont forget: wires, O2 sensor, replace that air filter, and get an exaust. your set up is similar to mine suspension wise. ive got AGXs and suspension tech's and the PDM bushings coming in tomorrow. then, ill get an exaust and sway bars and ill be good for awhile!

From the list you provided you will not be in any stock class I know of

Generally, maintenance items are allows (belts, hoses, plugs, OEM-size brake pads and rotors, fluids, OEM size struts/shocks, etc. What is not allowed from your list includes:
Whiteline bushings
Whiteline T/C Rod Bushings
PDM racing control arms
Eibach Prokit
steel braided brake lines
Act clutch and Fidanza Aluminum Flywheel

That is not stock.

Otherwise, I agree you might be tending to overkill. Maintain what needs it and replace as you wish. Also, it is a good thing to learn to drive the 240 stock to really get a feel for it. Besides, in autox, there are no upgrades that will help more than tires.
